Art-therapy, how does it work?

In a secure environment, we work with various visual aids: visual art, body movement, voice, music, theatre, masks, writing and poetry, sand play, nature, stories and breathing.

You discover all kinds of materials, body techniques, but also myths, tales and legends.

The unconscious can express itself through the created works. The result is unimportant. It is vital to stress that no artistic skill is required. Expressing yourself creatively and spontaneously can be a liberating process.
